Export Control

All Quest & One Identity products are subject to all U.S. Export Control Regulations, including but not limited to the Executive Orders issued in 2022. Quest and One Identity products may not be exported or re-exported to

• any company or national of a country subject to a U.S. Embargo;
• any individuals or entities on any of the U.S. Government Denied Party/Person lists. See the Consolidated Screening List and the materials available from www.export.gov for more guidance;
• any individual you know or have reason to know, who is involved in the design, development, manufacture or production of nuclear technology, or nuclear, biological or chemical weapons.

In addition to being subject to U.S. Export Control Regulations, Quest & One Identity products may be subject to additional export regulations should they be exported from other countries.
