Is it possible to increase Helpdesk Passcode Time? Today is60 minutes, I need to have 180 minutes.

Yes, it is possible to set it to 180 minutes.

Modify the appropriate Workflow in PMAdmin | Helpdesk Workflows | "Assign Passcode" action.
