David Earhart oversees all product, operational and financial direction for One Identity. He has more than 25 years' experience guiding business and product strategy for leading security and systems management businesses. Prior to One Identity, he served as president and general manager for Quest Software’s Data Protection and Unified Endpoint Management business unit; and before that, he was CEO of Core Security, which achieved 174-percent growth in his two-plus years there. He has also held global leadership positions at Damballa, CA Technologies and BMC Software.

Earhart holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University and is an active member of the security leadership community, serving on the external boards of directors for WhiteSource (an open source security and license compliance management platform) and CYREN (an Internet Security company).

Paul is the CEO of The Global Identity Foundation, as well as a consulting CISO and a Fellow Analyst for KuppingerCole. He was formerly the global CISO at AstraZeneca, and prior to that held posts as; the global CISO of ICI, global head of information security with a high-security European web hosting company and global CISO at Motorola Cellular Infrastructure.

Paul co-founded the Jericho Forum in 2003 and he has been awarded both Chief Security Officer of the Year and Best Security Implementation at the SC Magazine Awards and is twice listed as one of Network World’s ‘most powerful people in networking’.

A burglar for hire, a professional con-artist, and an expert in non-verbal communications, deception and persuasion techniques, she is an ethical social engineer, a ‘people hacker’ hired to smash security measures, using psychology, con-artistry, subliminal linguistics, cunning and guile.

She has led simulated criminal attacks on businesses of all types and sizes, running crews with varied expertise and experience, in order to help secure client sites and information from malicious attacks.

Ian Sutherland is vice president and general manager Sales, EMEA. Ian leads the direct, channel and technical sales teams throughout the region and is focused on customer and partner acquisition, retention and satisfaction.

During his 30-year career in the IT industry, Ian’s roles have spanned technical, consulting and commercial aspects. Based in the UK, Ian is also the author of a bestselling series of technically accurate, contemporary cybercrime thriller novels.

As Chief Information Security Officer of Publicis Groupe, Thom is responsible for all aspects of information security risk and compliance as well as managing the Groupe Information Security Programme. Additionally the role is responsible for business continuity capabilities across the Groupe's global operations. Having successfully built security and IT programmes from the ground up Thom brings an often opinionated and forward thinking view of security risk, both in assessments and management, but is able to do so with humour and pragmatism (mostly). An international public speaker and award winning security blogger, Thom contributes to a number of industry blogs and publications. Thom is also the sole founder of Host Unknown, a loose collective of three infosec luminaries combined to make security education and infotainment films. Jackson Shaw is Senior Director of Product Management for One Identity’s Identity and Access Management product line. Prior to One Identity, Jackson was an integral member of Microsoft’s Identity & Access Management product management team within the Windows Server Marketing group at Microsoft. While at Microsoft he was responsible for product planning and marketing around Microsoft’s identity & access management products including Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager.

Jackson began his identity management career as an early employee at Toronto-based Zoomit Corp., the pioneer in the development of meta-directory products who Microsoft acquired in 1999.

Jackson has been involved in directory, meta-directory and security initiatives and products since 1988. He studied computer science and management information systems at the University of Ottawa. Patrick Hunter is an engaging speaker on the subject of “identity and access management” (IAM). His knowledge stems from over twenty five years of working with many organizations and the last ten to successfully implement secure IAM solutions with One Identity.

Patrick knows about the cost, time and complexity challenges faced by today’s enterprises, as they strive for efficiency, security and compliance. Patrick has spoken at many events, using his industry knowledge to apply the appropriate technology into real business environments, conveying how organizations can simplify identity and access management.

Patrick leads One Identity’s Pre-Sales team in EMEA. One Identity offers comprehensive IAM solutions covering everything from identity administration to Data Governance.

Andrew Clarke, a security industry veteran, serves as One Identity’s head of strategic alliances and channel partnerships for EMEA and oversees a portfolio of security solutions which includes Identity Manager and Safeguard (formerly TPAM).

Andrew’s responsibilities include driving the region’s sales and marketing activities, as well as ensuring that customers can leverage One Identity’s premium consulting services so that they can optimize the performance of their solutions and maximize the value of their investment. Previously, Andrew served as vice president and managing director of EMEA at e-DMZ Security, which was acquired by Quest Software.

Alex Binotto is the Senior Product Manager for One Identity’s identity management products. Alex is responsible for the product management, strategy and enablement for Identity Manager and Identity Manager – Data Governance Edition. Alex has help evolve One Identity’s market-leading identity governance product line. Prior to joining One Identity, Alex spent was at Dell Security, and also spent 18 months at CA as a Sr. Solution Strategist in their Security Solutions group. Plus has worked 15-plus years with Quest Software, working in many areas, including pre-sales engineering, Exchange migration consulting and product management.

Matthias Bauer is the Senior Manager of Product Development for Identity Manager. Prior to One Identity, Matthias was as Dell Security and Quest, and was VP of Development of Voelcker Informatik AG (acquired by Quest in 2010), where he was responsible for the product development and analyst relations.

He studied electrical engineering at Germany first elite university at Karlsruhe.

With more than 15 years in the IT software industry, Tyler Reese is extremely familiar with the rapidly evolving IAM challenges that businesses face.

Currently, he is a product manager for the Privilege Account Management portfolio where his responsibilities include evaluating market trends and competition, setting the direction for the product line — and ultimately, meeting the needs of end-users. His professional experience ranges from consulting for One Identity’s largest PAM customers to being a systems architect of a large company.

Jason Fehrenbach is the Senior Product Manager for One Identity’s cloud platform, hybrid strategy and a number of cloud-based offerings. Jason joined the One Identity product management team in 2005 and has managed a number of products and product lines during the last 13 years. Before moving into product management, Jason spend several years working with customers and the One Identity products in a pre-sales role. Prior to One Identity, Jason spent the better part of a decade working directly in the IT industry, most notably as a Unix administrator in the e-commerce, hosting and biotechnology markets.

As Technical Support Director for Identity Management products, Gordon White is responsible for providing customer support services through global teams and across the full range of our IAM solutions. Gordon previous worked for Quest Software, Siebel Systems and Oracle Corporation in leadership roles.

Jeff Zupan is the Director of Product Security at One Identity, responsible for ensuring appropriate security practices and controls are employed throughout the development, delivery, and support of the products and services in the portfolio. Prior to One Identity, Jeff was a co-founder and the Executive Vice President of product Development at e-DMZ Security, which was acquired by Quest Software in 2011. At e-DMZ Security, he led the creation of pioneering products in Privileged Password Management (Password Auto Repository) and Privileged Session Management (eGuardpost), later combined into TPAM.

George Cerbone is Principal Security Advisor at One Identity. George has spent more than 20 years in the IT industry, both as a customer and a vendor. George has a diverse background, including systems management, development and program management, which gives him a unique perspective and insight into customer problems. He has spent the last several years focused on security. His current role gives him the opportunity to work with a customer’s ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 global corporations. George holds an undergraduate degree in computer science and an MBA in Finance.

Paul Walker, Technical Sales Director, has more than two decades of security experience, over 16 years in IAM. Paul’s responsibilities includes helping customers solve business challenges with the One Identity suite of products.

Dan Peterson, Software Dev Principle Engineer, has been in the software development industry for nearly two decades with a focus on privileged access management technologies. Currently Dan is the lead architect for the One Identity Safeguard privileged management solutions. In his role, Dan sets the direction and security capabilities of One Identity Safeguard. Dan holds a computer science degree from Brigham Young University.

Rudy de Sousa is an experienced international speaker on the subject of identity and access management (IAM). He has more than 15 years consulting, solution design and technical experience in IAM. He works with some of the largest organisations in Europe, Middle East and Africa, focusing on helping organisations achieve successful and efficient IAM.

David Miles is the Senior Product Manager for access management at One Identity, which includes our Active Roles, Password Manager and Starling 2FA solutions. David Joined the One Identity Product Management team in 2007 with the acquisition of PassGo Technologies. His extensive experience in the technology sector includes a mix of customer-facing and engineering roles. Most importantly, he has a passion for delivering products that customers love to use.
