How to update images in PWM mail template

Hi Team,

I converted image to base 64 string using below link and embedded the base 64 string in HTML code available in PWM mail template.

How can I convert an image into Base64 string using JavaScript? - Stack Overflow

While triggering sample mails Image header and footer is missing.

How do we fix this? was there any easier alternative way to update images in PWM ?

We are using 5.13.2 version

The proper way to include images is to use a URL to the image.

In the email template click the Add Image button (next to "Insert Parameter") and enter the URL to the image. Ensure the URL is accessible by users (i.e. internet-accessible).
